
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed in the Critical Entertainment online shop Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) are usually shipped within 2-3 business days, pending credit card authorization. Orders placed Friday through Sunday and holidays are processed the during the next 1-3 business days
Returns & Replacements
The Critical Entertainment Shop accepts returns, but they must meet all of the following criteria:
All returns must be pre-approved. You can do this by contacting contact@criticalentertainmentla.com.
All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
All returns or damage claims must be made with in 7 days of receipt.
Critical Entertainment will replace damaged or defective product at no charge or shipping cost to the customer.
In the case of a return, shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
International Shipping:
Shipments coming in to any country from an international origination are subject to customs/brokerage fees based on the commercial value of the items included. These fees are autonomous of any shipping costs paid for an order in the Critical Entertainment online store.
